In a shocking revelation during a marathon SB 30 legislative hearing in Texas last night, former personal injury lawyer Melissa Casey revealed that her former employer – a large Texas billboard attorney firm – threatened her with legal repercussions for testifying before the Texas Senate Committee on State Affairs in support of ending lawsuit abuse.

Casey asks an important question: “Why am I being threatened to tell you what’s going on if it isn’t fraud.”
